We Form Strategic Growth Alliances
Our process identifies & nurtures a number of strategic relationships that have the greatest level of synergy and strategic growth value to your business. Here’s exactly how we do it:
1st - qualify
This stage is to initially identify & qualify potential strategic growth alliance partners that are a good fit with existing & prospective customers, suppliers, sales channels, competitors & others. From all the information gathered, we will:
a) Profile each candidate with a needs analysis for an alliance
b) Review the strengths & weaknesses of each candidate
c) Make a mutual decision to further nurture opportunities with specific candidates
2nd - CULTIVATe
At this stage, we will provide the initial relationship building contact with those qualified in order to further cultivate a strategic growth relationship. This collaborative work will provide a status for the relationship and indicate whether it should be upgraded, maintained, downgraded or dissolved.
From this point forward, collaboration will become the critical centerpiece with these relationships. The goal is to maintain communications in an ever-changing environment where personnel and conditions are always shifting. We will facilitate ongoing collaboration to build trust, evaluate business intelligence, identify ways to enhance performance, solve problems & consolidate contacts.
3rd - recruit
The primary goal, at this stage, is too successfully solicit qualified candidates to form the strategic growth alliance with Client. Together with Client, we will begin by documenting the rationale for forming this relationship. This is the compelling story needed to provide the potential relationship with a vision for success. As part of the recruitment process, a candidate must fully understand & agree with what relationships, expertise, capacity and resources they & the Client will each provide.
4th - negotiate
This stage consists of reaching an initial written agreement between Client and any other strategic growth partners. We will negotiate a “Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to form a Strategic Growth Relationship” between each other. This document (prior to a more formal agreement) initially formalizes the enrollment of strategic growth partners according to the following details:
a) Each parties’ overall expectations & governance issues
b) Strategic goals and milestones crucial to success of the relationship
c) How to monitor and measure the ongoing health of the relationship
5th - launch
This stage supports the transition from the negotiation table to making it all work. Our primary responsibility is to get buy-in from all those stakeholders whose on-going participation is necessary for the strategic growth alliance to actually work and create value.
We Coach Strategic Growth Alliances
Our coaching process allows ALL alliance partners to participate in both regularly scheduled group meetings and one-on-one sessions. The relationships formed is one between equals, peers, and individuals who can be both intellectual sparring partners & confidants.
It will help participants figure out the most robust way possible to accomplish goals & strategies.
Together, we will assess & react to the 28 investor risk factors on a regular basis.
